Vigorous flow developing associated with forecast low 973hPa near 50S082E at
251800UTC and low 973hPa near 52S085E at 260000UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 41S080E 43S091E 50S088E 51S080E 41S080E.

FORECAST
Clockwise winds 30/40 knots developing within 600nm of low in the northern
semicircle by 251800UTC, extending to the western semicircle from 260000UTC.
Rough to very rough seas. Moderate to heavy swell.
