SITUATION AT 031200UTC
Vigorous flow developing with trough forecast near 37S101E 43S104E at
040000UTC, near 38S104E 47S109E at 040600UTC, and near 41S108E 51S115E at
041200UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 38S104E 46S109E 52S119E 46S119E 38S104E.

FORECAST
Northwesterly quarter winds within 300nm east of trough developing at
040000UTC. Wind speeds 30/40 knots. Rough to very rough seas. Moderate to heavy
swell.

PLEASE BE AWARE
Wind and wave forecasts are averages. Wind gusts can be 40 per cent stronger
than the forecast, and stronger still in squalls and thunderstorms. Maximum
