SITUATION AT 211800UTC
Vigorous flow a tropical low 997hPa near 22S166E, forecast 999hPa near 24S168E
at 220000UTC, low 998hPa near 25S171E at 220600UTC then weakened.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 19S165E 24S171E 24S167E 20S163E 19S165E.

FORECAST
Clockwise winds 34/45 knots within 120nm of the northern quarter of low. Winds
easing below 34 knots by 220300UTC. Very rough to high seas. Low to moderate
swell. The system is not expected to develop into a tropical cyclone.
