Vigorous westerly flow associated a low 932hPa east of area near 65S171E.
Forecast low 937hPa near 66S174E at 170900UTC, and moving further east
thereafter.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 55S156E 55S160E 63S160E 63S154E 55S156E.

FORECAST
Westerly quarter winds 34/47 knots. Gales associated with system moving outside
of affected area by 170900UTC. Very rough to high seas. Moderate to heavy swell.
