FORECAST Clockwise winds within 600nm of low in northern semicircle initially and easing in the northern semicircle from 110300UTC. Clockwise winds within 240nm in southern semicircle initially, then shifting to the western semicircle from 110600UTC and re developing within 120nm in the northern semicircle from 111200UTC.
